Knock harder if they don't hear you
Be patient enough to hear their reply
If rejection, you can always find a way to the window, back door or vent.
But if you play their game they might let u in the front
but with a side note or hidden clause
- you wish u took the back door.
If you can't make it your way should you have to abandon your morals.
Going independent is the new agent
Embrace the idea that all is yours.
If talent is there you won't need to manifest it
Or spend all that money on a pretty box n bow
What you give will be the present
To someone's ears and someone's soul.
